“The Green Room was a great place for my husband and I as we ventured about in the Outer Banks. This listing was very clean, kitchen had everything you would need and bedrooms roomy with their own bathrooms. Location was ideal- we explored by taking the ferry to Ocracoke Island one day and walked to the beach another day; grocery store and restaurants close by.”

“Second stay here. Love the location and the studio has everything you need. The hot tub was heavenly especially on the cold nights I was there. Met the owner this trip and Mark was very friendly and welcoming as always. A mile to the ferry which I took to Ocracoke and spent the day. Plenty to do on Hatteras so much history, shopping and beautiful beaches. Love it there!”

“We found this house when looking for a last-minute rental with a kitchen. We very much enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking, the bed was very comfortable, the pool was refreshing, and having a washer and dryer was an added bonus. The owner was very friendly and helpful. “The cabin is a bit small for four people, but just right for two. The furnishings are worn but comfortable. We had trouble accessing wi-fi at first, but an agent came right over and fixed it. Lots of construction noise in the area, bit that will soon go away. My only criticism is that the den has no lighting, and there aren’t enough electrical outlets.”

“This place was perfect for our little family. We had top floor and it was perfect. Walk to beach was perfect as well. View of ocean was amazing from the deck. The floor below us had other tenants and you could hear them very well talking or tv and their dog and when they walked the whole place shook. It was a little too close for comfort but we weren’t home much so we tried not to let it bother us.”
