Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are constantly on the look out for ways to improve the hostel and have taken your comments on board. We do clean our communal bathrooms and kitchens three times a day however with such a high number of guests using these facilities they can get messy at times, especially when guests do not clean their dishes. Wifi and mobile reception is not the best in Byron Bay that's why we focus on providing daily activities and ensure there is something interesting on for everyone to enjoy. The communal areas are a great place to meet other travelers and trade experiences. Happy Travels!!

Hey Legend, Thanks for your feedback. We are so sorry that it wasn't up to our usual standard for you. We clean everything Daily, however obviously our cleaning standards have slipped. We don't have Aircon anywhere, and don't advertise this - however we will be checking all of our listings to make sure that it is not being falsely advertised by a tertiary company.
