Perfect stay
Jeannie was excellent to deal with. The house was spotless and had everything and more that we needed. House was close to everything. We will be back and highly recommend.

Wonderful house in a great location walking distance to everything
Our family of 5 plus a dog had a wonderful stay at the house. House has a wonderful vibes and is very close proximity to shops, restaurants and the beach. Everything in the house is provided for the convenience for the stay. The store few meters from the house had great selection of fresh breads and produce as well. We will be back!!!

Fantastic location
Perfect stay for our family visiting Byron Bay for the first time. Grocer basically across the road and restaurants within walking distance. We were traveling with 2 kids and small dog - I would love to come back and spend longer at this property. House was well equipped including beach towels and very clean.

Great location, relaxing vibe
We loved our stay at Genie House. The place was big enough for our extended family group with lots of decks and places to chill out in. The dining table room was amazing. It was an easy 10 minute walk to Byron shops, across the road from the Bay Grocer and a short walk to The General Store for morning coffee. It felt like a home, with lots of cosy touches. Only issue was only having one bathroom, but it was very clean.

Great location
We picked Genie House for our stay so we could bring our dog along for a family wedding. The Genie House is conveniently located walking distance to town and everything Byron has to offer. Jeannie was easy to communicate with. I highly recommend!

What a lovely house
Had a wonderful long weekend with the family at Genie's house. Attention to detail throughout the house, complete kitchen, overall very comfortable and with a charming outdoor shower. Lovely and welcoming host. Can't wait to go back.

Clean Lovely House
Lovely house with all the amenities you need. Fab for our doggo. He loved it. Close to town & the beach not too far away. We drove to the beach and parked near by which was easy. You can walk though but it was super hot and we carry a lot to the beach. Dog beach a short drive away in Bellongil. Its close to Byron so there is some noise but not too bad. Very lovely home. Very Clean too. Thanks Jeannie x

Great House, Great Location
We absolutely loved staying at Genie House in Byron Bay for a wedding we were attending. From the first communication to the last, it was so lovely and completely seamless. The house is beautiful and has everything you need to make your stay great. Well stocked with daily essentials and loved the nice touch of bubbles on the fridge, which was amazing after such a long and humid trip. Walking distance to everywhere yet far enough away to feel like it's a relaxing holiday. Immaculate and well thought out, we could not have chosen a better place to stay in Byron. We can't thank you enough for having us at your place.

Wonderful stay
Highly recommend this home to everyone considering. Beautiful house with such charm, great location, and lovely owners. Our dog felt just as at home as we did, with so many little extra touches. The fireplace was just divine on a cooler evening also. We hope to be back again!

Wonderful Easter 2021
Thank you Jeannie for a fantastic stay at Byron Bay. The house was better than we could have imagined with lovely large windows, books, games, a covered verandah for our pets and a lovely yard. The perfect walk into town and the beach and opposite a great grocery with the best coffee. We didn't care it rained all the time, we were all content in our holiday retreat. Visited with my grown up children and we all came home relaxed and refreshed. Thanks again Genie house.

Beautiful accommodation close to amentities
From the communication with the property owner (Jeannie), through to the attention to detail, our stay at Genie house was exceptional. Fresh flower, milk, tissues and even body wash waiting on arrival. Couldn't recommend them any higher. Would most definitely stay again!

The best holiday house
Genie house is exceptionally clean and organised. It has everything you need for your holiday. It feels like home without be into someone's else home. The dining room is very pleasant. Every room has aircon and tv. Perfect location in a quite neighbour hood 10 minutes by walk to the town. The owner is real professional,very responsive and friendly. Very much recommend.

Awesome Set Up / Great Hosts / Dogs and people friendly to the MAX
The Genie House is just what we needed for ourselves our guests and our dogs it was close enough to Byron Bay Town Centre but also far enough away to get away from the hustle and bustle. You definitely feel at home at The Genie House.

Great communication from Jeannie, we were able to access the property earlier which was a great help. Facilities were great, everything we needed and more. Very homely, comfortable property in a quiet setting 10 mins walk to town. We loved it.

Neat and clean and in a convenient location close to town

Our family of four and little dog loved staying in this great holiday Home so close to everything.
Jeannie our host was so welcoming and thoughtful. She’s done the house up with beautiful decor including oriental touches to put you in holiday mode instantly. Comfortable bedding, plenty of lounging space including a very inviting day bed, a well equipped kitchen and two TVs. There was plenty of information to plan out the day’s agenda. Lovely private garden which our little dog loved and a gorgeous outdoor patio with a great little BBQ and a hammock in the garden to relax under the trees. She even left us a bottle of bubbles and a bottle of milk for our first day! A fabulous host and a great holiday property. Shame we couldn’t stay longer as it was booked!! We’d come back in a flash. Thanks Jeannie.

loved it!
Very comfortable with everything you need. Handy to shopping and lovely home and neighbourhood. We enjoyed our different walks to get to the beach and enjoyed the surrounding atmosphere while out and at home.
