"Terrible experience on our vacation in Australia. We found bedbugs in our room on the bed and rug at night so we asked for help. A lady came and denied the presence of bedbugs and asked us with an angry tone to leave the motel in the night so we would’ve been left on the street or else we wouldn’t get a refund. She said that the bugs are normal bugs and not bed bugs. Because we are Europeans she took advantage of lying to our faces and said “this is Australia there are bugs everywhere” but we took pictures of the bedbugs and did some research on google. Turns out it was actual bed bugs. She also said that they only spray a bug spray on those kind of bugs which scares me because they would need a real flick anticimex pest control to come in and kill all the bedbugs properly. We felt threatened and attacked just because of the accusation’s we got for just pointing out that they had bed bugs. It's really disappointing that the motel staff didn't take our concerns seriously and tried to deny the presence of bedbugs. It's important for motels to address these issues properly and provide a clean and comfortable environment for their guests. And no we did not end up getting a refund for staying at this motel. "

"Very spacious room and okey interior. Loved the balcony and having a kit ca en in the room. But why not have a dishwasher? Who want to do dishes while on vaccation? Hotel is waterfront. But water was muddy and did not add anything to the experience. "

Vi valde dock det billigaste alternativet men det var även det dyraste boendet på hela vår östkust resa. Små ”myror” var även överallt i hela stugan, i sängen, på en och t.o.m. när man sett på toaletten. Har bett som kliar på hela kroppen nu när vi lämnat. "
