“They started contacting me via text before i started traveling. Aasish, the young man who set up our reservation got us a parking and took us to our unit. He even carried my mom's luggage, and very flexible during our extended stay for another night. I like the kitchen, the spa access and laundry most which you don't always get even with established hotels. Overall it is a lovely experience ☺️ and hopefully i will come back again!”

"Calling this a luxury Hotel is an insult to real luxury hotels.
The entrance gives a luxurious impression but the rooms are old and tired.
The room had a coffeepod machine but no pods were offered.
The wifi is NOT included, you have to become a member to get free wifi.
I will not choose this hotel again. You are better off at 1 King West hotel "
