“Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. ”

On a downturn
"Nice hotel, good location and brilliant pool. However place start to show signs of wear and tear but the bigger problem is the restaurant. It used to be one of the better and pricier in cabarete, its still one of the pricier restaurants but nowdays also one of the worst, not a good combo. "

A perfect hotel
"A perfect hotel if you want to have a good sleep in a great room, its clean supernice rooms located next to the ocean. The only sound you might hear in the night is the waves from the ocean. One of the best hotel I stayed in, highly recommend this hotel. Staff are super nice and helpful."
