“The unit is in the best location in Cabarete, directly on the beach and only steps away from the beach-front restaurants. The restaurant in the property has what is certainly the best view of Cabarete Bay and beach and is perfect for an excellent meal or coffee. The rental unit itself is spacious and has excellent furnishings. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped for daily living. There is plenty of closet space throughout. I would certainly stay here again and highly recommend this...

“As soon as walked thru the tropical pathway and into our unit, it is exactly like the pictures. This unit has all the state of art appliances and everything you can imagine that you would have at home. Julia was so accommodating and quick to respond. The location is perfect! The beach is a 5 min. walk up a pathway and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. The grounds and pool were so beautiful and well taken care of. The beach was raked every morning. Sunrises were spectacular. “This place has it all, from the beach breezes to secure parking. You won't want to leave. We loved this cute and spacious condo and the private dipping pool. Quiet location but close to downtown excitement and dining. Our host was terrific. Although the refrigerator died during our visit, it was replaced immediately. Great communication with our host. However property management did not meet our expectations based on the following facts- Locked out of apartment upon arrival (no code or complete checkin instructions provided prior to arrival). No response from property manager for about 12hrs while we tried to figure out how to get in. “We booked with Barefoot way in advance and had a lot of time to hype up the trip - and it well exceeded our expectations. We had a group of 24 college friends celebrating our 30th birthdays/college reunion and the property is awesome - tons of space with the rooms all with their own bathrooms, plus tons of outdoor covered space, the bar, loft, pool, and not to mention the whole beach right in front of you. “Arrived and room had mechanical problems with HVAC, fans, remotes for the television. Asked to speak to a maintenance technician to address the problems, hotel staff became very obnoxious with me. Was eventually switched to a new room that had the same problems and more. Left within an hour of arrival and am working on a refund due to the unsafe and poor conditions of the rooms causing me to have to find a new hotel to stay at. ”
