“Couple things were a problem but were resolved. Wish the hot tub worked because we had lots of lounging around time due to lack of wind for kitesurfing! Otherwise it was a nice place in a great location. ”

We didn’t need a car because we hired a taxi and we speak Spanish so it was easy to get help. The pool was very enjoyable.There wasn’t condiments like we have found in other Vrbo. We did have an issue with the safe and the owner said he would replace it. ”

“This house was perfect for my husband and me and a couple of our friends. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious, there were a couple of desks and work spaces, and the pool and sitting area in the back yard and upper deck were delightful. The shower was a bit dicey because the hot water was not always reliable, but other than that, it was a great place -- quiet, peaceful, tranquil, lots of lush greenery. The location near the beach (a two-minute walk) was fantastic and very safe. And the...

“We were not satisfied with the accommodations! The property was in a gated community! We felt safe! We didn’t appreciate sharing space with unwanted cats, cockroaches & bugs. Pre trip information was lacking, laundry days, backup generator,& hot water on demand system.( not efficient) screen doors would’ve of been helpful for mosquitoes & air movement. Window screens were ineffective in keeping out mosquitoes. Unfortunately cooking utensils were lacking. ”

“My family stayed at VIlla Iris at Sea Horse Ranch for 9 days over New Years. The Villa was perfect for us with 5 bedrooms, a nice large central gathering area and beautiful pool and backyard. The Villa was clean is is relatively new so it is in good shape. It is a short walk through to the beach and beach Club which was perfect for us. Overall I would recommend this Villa and would stay there again.”
