“The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The...

“Staff was great, property was beautiful. My kids really enjoyed the infinity pools and the movie on the beach was lovely. The room was a great size and we appreciated having a separate space from the kids to decompress. Two outdoor patios attached to our suite were great for meals and drying swim clothes. lol. Shoutout to Tomas at the pool!”
