The property was exactly what I expected. Great food, wonderful room, helpful staff, just amazing!! The only bummer was we had a King swim out (room 4112) that had the ONLY tree over it. Our swim out was in the shade, so we had to float in the rooms next door section for sun. I called the front desk and was told the rooms on each side were empty but the last day they were occupied. The tree had an iguana living in it, so we had iguana poo coming from above. This was the only bummer out of the entire trip, so I will take it. The couples massage at the spa was wonderful, we rented cabana beds twice. The beds were amazing, and our waiter was always there getting what we needed or just checking in. We stayed September 2025, and the weather was great. I will report no Grey Goose and no Modelo beer available. In past reviews it was mentioned the property offered Grey Goose vodka, they only offered Absolut as a top shelf option. Advise, notify the hotel directly of your flight arrival. We arrived around noon and check in is at 3pm. We were told we could change clothing and use anything on the property but had to come back at 3pm for our room key. I was told later if we had let the hotel know our flight arrival time we could have checked in early. I'm already looking at dates to go back, maybe stay in the preferred section this time. This resort was worth every penny, and we will be back soon.
