“The hotel was almost empty and they gave us the worst location of the room, hidden, in the background, without a nice view, it looked like the cleaning room to the bottom, I called the reception asking that if they could change us to a better room, with better view and location, that it did not matter if it cost us more, but they told us that it was full, and when we went to check out, another reception person told us that we were the only ones, even thought that we were in the best rooms.
