“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“The experience was really great! The resort was very clean, the landscaping was impeccable and the staff were very friendly. Every restaurant had excellent servers and the food was delicious. The only negative was the chairs at the pool. Reservations are not allowed for the chairs and if you arrive after 6:30am, you most likely won’t find a chair due to people placing towels and items on them. Everything else about the experience was excellent. ”

“This is our first time to Cabo and to an all-inclusive property. The resort overall is overall clean, quite well run. There is direct access to the beach although it is not swimmable - there were patrols to ensure we didn't walk too close to the waves.
