Pensionat i Cabo Real

“a lot of miscommunication and not accommodating at all for a lot of situations where problems were faced”

“I love this place. There were so many great things about it. The staff was incredible. Every one of them. All helpful and kind. The food was amazing. The accommodation was comfortable. we’re”

“Fun place”

“The staff were phenomenal. Made a special occasion truly unforgettable. They never hesitated to assist with all questions, tours, and accommodations. Genuinely enjoyed our time and cannot wait to return. The room was spacious and beautiful with an ocean view. The gym was well stocked and clean. The washer dryer was indispensable. Cannot sing their praises enough.”

“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“Rooms were a bit dated. Hallways were dirty. Elevators were non working in areas and dirty as well. Dress code restrictions and no reservation option made eating a challenge for a beach resort. Definitely over priced. Slow room service. Pools were nice but no staff taking orders around pool as would be expected at an all inclusive resort. Would not go there again.”

“Staff were great.”

“Westin In San Jose Del Cabo is amazing. Resort is designed beautifully, clean with all the conveniences you need. Yoga in the morning, excellent gym, deli on site with great coffee or any other groceries you may need. Many restaurants on site too. Pool bar, and plenty of organized activities, with Alicia, Sebastian and Perlita brining joyful energy to many activities.”

“You paid a lot of money to stay in this high end resort and it was worth the price.”

“Great experience”
