“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“Paradisus was a solid 4 star resort with 5 star service and staff. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly and wanted to make sure everyone was having a great vacation. We upgraded to the Reserve which was worth it for the included airport transfer, top notch steak restaurant included, ocean view room and extra restaurant for breakfast/lunch. The separate pool and quieter section was a nice option too. The Japanese restaurant and Mediterranean restaurant were both excellent with amazing waiters...
