“The food was not good. The layout of the resort is confusing. Beautiful place though. Rooms are really nice also.”

“El hotel estaba en remodelación, y el ruido hizo imposible poder disfrutar las vacaciones. Tanto el Hotel, como Expedía deberían de notificar esto antes de hacer la reserva. La gente muy amable, eso sí. Pero no dar aviso a los huéspedes (porque desde luego, no fui el único afectado) me parece un abuso.”

“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“The room was clean the AC worked perfectly which was a huge plus it was extremely hot the week we were there. The resort/pool was not crowded, the food could have been better! The World Cafe only serves breakfast and lunch we tried going for dinner but it was closed. We didn’t try a second time. The 4 restaurants outside by the pool/beach area do not have bathrooms you have to use the bathrooms by the pool area! The drinks were not the best and the bartenders did not acknowledge you unless you...

“Not enough pools and there was construction going during my stay by the pools as well, not enough parking for parking your own car they so that they can charge for valet parking.”
