âThe pools were great and clean. The property is difficult to maneuver as there are multiple levels and the pools are on the very bottom or top. Food choices are limited as there are three restaurants at the property and you cannot walk to anything else Ubers and taxis work fine. There is NO beach access to water. You can sit on the beach but the water is off limits and very dangerous. The property is beautiful, but I wanted a beach property and this isnât it.â

âNice design of space and walk ability to downtown. The property is VERY noisy, expect to hear all the traffic, sirens, dogs barking, music, etc. the rooms are not at all insulated for sound. Most of the staff was very friendly. The people at the front desk were professional but not very friendly overall. At checkout they asked if we had taken anything from the minibar, we said no (as we had gone to La comer to purchase our own items). They then had to radio to check it, said we had drunk...

âI had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel in Sunset Rock Los Cabos. From the moment we arrived, the conditions were unacceptable.
The room was dirty and poorly maintained. We found cockroaches and crickets inside the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one in a tourist destination like Los Cabos. The overall cleanliness was terrible, and it made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe staying there.
Because of these conditions, we had no choice but...
