“The rooms were always well cleaned and had turn down service everyday. The pool and restaurant service was amazing. A couple of staff members like Rene @ Noi the Italian restaurant was super amazing also labredo by the pool was always very helpful Overall the trip was amazing despite a small mix up for the New Year’s Day celebration which was handled the next day and followed up on to a resolution ”

“We absolutely loved our stay at Grand Velas Boutique. The hotel is very new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Our room was stunning, peaceful, spacious, and with incredible views. And the soundproofing was excellent! It made the entire stay feel private, quiet, and truly relaxing. The service here deserves more than five stars. Every staff member we encountered was kind, warm, and genuinely caring. I’m not good at remembering names, but I am so grateful for how they made our trip...

“Staff is incredibly lovely, polite. Butlers go out of the way to help. Property is stunning, landscaping is very unique. Food is delicious, we tried all the restaurants on the property and they were all great. Our favorite was Al Pairo. Pools are nice and get busy so get there very early like 7ish AM. Usually crowded during holiday season, but other times are lighter. ”
