Welcome to our lovely two-bedroom apartment in a gated community with 24/7 security and electronic key entrance. The apartment features an outdoor pool and a prime location. Inside, you'll find a living-dining room, two bathrooms, 100 Mbps WIFI, a 55" SMART TV with an APP BOX, a full kitchen, and a parking spot. Each room is equipped with A/C and ceiling fans.
The main bedroom includes a king-sized bed, a work desk, and a closed closet, along with a full bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and another full bathroom is located in the hall. The kitchen is fully furnished with appliances such as a microwave, a coffee maker, a blender, and a toaster. Additionally, we have a comfortable living-dining room for you to relax in and enjoy your time by the beach. We provide beach towels, an umbrella, and beach chairs for your convenience. On the first floor, you will find facilities including a pool area, a laundry room, and a convenience store for basics.
The apartment is located just a block away from the main avenue and within walking distance of Medano beach, restaurants, bars, nightclubs, coffee shops, ATMs, and supermarkets. If you're looking for a fun day out on the beach, Playa Médano is just a few blocks away and offers various activities such as snorkeling and jet skiing. The apartment is situated in a safe and secure neighborhood under 24/7 security surveillance with restricted access. It's a short walk to Walmart, Paraiso Mall, and the Marina where you can catch a boat to the ARCH. Public transportation passes by one block from the complex, and you can also take an Uber for around $5 USD to get downtown. We've made the check-in process super easy. You can pick up the electronic card from the lockbox to check in whenever you arrive after the designated check-in time.
