“Was all around a great resort. On our first night my husbands $200 sunglasses were stolen out of the room however management did an investigation, nothing really came from it but they were super apologetic.”

“The food sucks. Everything else is good. Not even that it doesn’t taste good but it’s spoiled food. Everyone in my party got sick. Everything else about the resort was fine. Staff and room and what not. They just served us spoiled food.”

“Food was not great. Limited options. The need to book restaurants seems redundant. Restaurants were hot and uncomfortable 😫”

“Great staff”

“Food, cleanliness, and staff were great. Just don’t like the pressure of having to sit through timeshare presentation.”

“We loved this resort! The food was amazing the breakfast and lunch buffet were amazing. All the resteraunts in the hotel were delicious and the staff were so incredibly friendly! The downside would be it’s a little far from downtown but we loved it!”

“Todo es excelente, el personal muy amable muy atento, todo muy bien volvería a ir, lo único malo es que no se puede uno meter al mar”

“Gorgeous property and location. Nice rooms but missing fundamentals for a 5 star hotel...for example, ice bucket, possibility to make coffee or tea, etc. Also disappointed at the system for reserving lounge chairs around the pool. Nearly everything is taken before 9am by guests who belong to certain clubs, or who pay more, which seems unfair to guests who already pay a premium to stay at such a resort.”

“Everything is great , 7-10 mins walk to the marina and it’s directly on the beach with a free beds for tanito those people who lived in the hotel .”
