We’re just a 5-minute drive from downtown and 10 minutes from the beaches, restaurants, shops, and nightlife. Perfect for vacations, remote work stays, or long-term stays, here you’ll find comfort, security, and personalized service.

The space
The condo is located in a gated community that offers 24-hour security, a shared pool with a stunning view of the bay, a mini-golf course, and a playground. The gym is currently undergoing renovations, but there are two treadmills and weights available for basic workouts with a view of the bay.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a main terrace with a grill, and 2 bathrooms connected to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a private terrace and a safe. Both bedrooms include workstations and TVs, ideal if you’re traveling for work. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with A/C.

We offer 2 bedrooms and 2 beds, but **if you book for 5 people, we provide an additional, comfortable, and spacious inflatable bed**.

Amenities:
* Guest handbook with useful information and recommendations for the surrounding area.
* In the kitchen, in addition to being well-equipped with accessories, a basic cleaning kit, and a welcome set of coffee and condiments, we include *a water jug* for your use, as well as extras available at an additional cost but easily accessible to you.
* Beach accessories such as an umbrella, chairs, a cooler, and more.

From the moment you book, we stay in constant and provide all the information you need for a smooth arrival and access to the apartment.

You will receive the code for the digital lock to ensure a quick check-in.
The process can be self-guided, but we love the opportunity to welcome you and give you a tour together.

The gated community provides access to all services and amenities and offers two private parking spaces with 24-hour security.

Other things to note
*Baby Accessories*
The unit is also equipped with essential baby items such as a high chair, stroller, pack-n-play, and children’s tableware; we hope these will help you travel lighter.
Some of the baby accessories incur an extra charge. We will let you know the amount as soon as you request them.

*Grill*
Use of the grill is available for an additional cleaning fee of $400.
It is located on the main terrace and is a charcoal grill; you will need to purchase the charcoal yourselves.
It is very important that you close the terrace door while using the grill to prevent the apartment’s furnishings from becoming smoky.

*Water Jug*
The jug installed in the dispenser is included at no cost to you.
For your convenience, we provide an extra jug, or we can refill them for you, but there is an extra charge of $100 each.

*Trash Disposal*
The trash container is located behind the patio wall next to the building’s stairs. Please dispose of your trash bags in the container. If you have any questions, please ask us.

*Additional Fees*
We offer cleaning services during your stay. We can coordinate the days and times. The cost per day is $1,000

In the event of accidents and/or damage to furniture, mattresses, and/or linens (towels stained by dye, faded clothing, sheets or comforters with stains from sunscreen or creams that cannot be removed), a charge per item will apply starting at $150 for linens and, for furniture, based on the specialists’ estimate.
