The Space:

We would like to welcome you to the ideal beach escape for couples and solo travelers in Cabo and unwind at our beachfront condo at Terrasol Beach Resort! Situated along a tranquil, expansive beach, it’s a perfect getaway for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to beach bars, marina shops, cafes, restaurants, and the vibrant downtown Cabo. Plus, it’s only about a 5-minute walk to Playa Grande. The resort features two pools, including a fabulous oceanfront pool with umbrellas and sun loungers, as well as an onsite gym to help you maintain your fitness routine. Please note the resort has specific pool rules to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. These include keeping lanes clear for lap swimmers, no loud music, no glass containers, and adult supervision for children. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM.



Our modern condo creates a relaxing atmosphere with calming colors, natural wood accents, and comfortable furnishings that make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. When you're not out exploring or lounging by the pool, unwind in the living area on the plush sofa and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. The open-plan design is filled with natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open up to the patio. Outside, you'll find a high-end gas BBQ and a dining table with ocean views. Step down, sink your toes into the sand, and take a short stroll to reach the water's edge!



The kitchen offers ample storage for groceries and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home. It also includes convenient extras, such as a dishwasher for easy clean-ups and a stacked washer and dryer to keep your vacation clothes fresh. As an added bonus, next to the patio doors is an area with a mini fridge to keep your mixers cold and space to prepare drinks.



When it’s time to rest and recharge, the bedroom is a dreamy haven with a king bed adorned with high-quality linens and plush pillows. The room features AC, a ceiling fan, ample space for your belongings, and a modern bath with a dual vanity.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access with other guests to the complex's common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)



Services & Amenities:

- Parking available for ONE vehicle per unit - parking pass required

- Pool and common areas have their own rules and hours to follow



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll stop at the lobby to get checked in. Guests must send flight details and estimated time of arrival (ETA) ahead of time please.
