Third-floor Casa Mayo condo at Marina Sol in Cabo San Lucas — walking distance from Médano Beach, the marina, and Puerto Paraíso. What sets it apart isn`t the location, though that`s excellent. It`s the interior: terra cotta tile floors, embroidered Oaxacan cushions in reds and golds, carved masks, folk sculptures, and a bold Catrina portrait above the king bed. The kind of space that reflects a place rather than just existing in it.

The living and dining areas share a wide open plan, bright with natural light from windows on two sides. City rooftops and mountains fill the view as the afternoon light moves through the room. The kitchen opens through a breakfast bar to the dining area — fully equipped, with an in-unit washer and dryer included.

The primary suite has a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and mountain and city views through the window. The second bedroom has one double and one twin, served by a second bathroom off the hallway with a talavera tile border and walk-in shower — a comfortable setup for families or a small group.

Marina Sol has a community pool. Serranos, in the lobby downstairs, carries tequila and wine — a practical touch when you`d rather not make a run.

Médano Beach — the most swimmable and social stretch of sand in Cabo — is a short walk. Puerto Paraíso and the marina are equally close. Sport fishing charters depart from the marina early; waterfront restaurants are there for the rest of the day.
