The living space and main bedroom space opens to a private terrace. Enjoy morning coffee in the fresh Baja air or sip on your favorite beverage while watching the sunset. Head up to the private rooftop patio to lounge in the sun, or cool off in the dipping pool after a day at the beach.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher. For added convenience, the condo also includes in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer.

Guest Access:

As our guest, you will enjoy full and exclusive access to this entire two bedroom apartment, including your own private balcony perfect for taking in the ocean views. Beyond your private space including your private rooftop patio and plunge pool, you are invited to enjoy the premium amenities of the Cabo Costa complex. This includes the stunning community clubhouse featuring an infinity pool and a fully equipped gym. Your stay is professionally managed by the Serena Properties Cabo team, who are available throughout your visit to provide local recommendations and ensure a seamless experience in a secure, gated environment.



The Neighborhood:

Our condominium is situated in the peaceful Casa Mexicana neighborhood of Cabo San Lucas, offering a serene residential retreat while remaining just minutes away from the vibrant heart of the city. You will enjoy easy access to the pristine sands of Santa Maria Beach and the lively atmosphere of Medano Beach, both reachable within a short drive. The world-class golf courses of Los Cabos are conveniently nearby for enthusiasts, and the bustling Cabo Marina is just a quick trip away, where you can explore a wide variety of exquisite dining options, exciting nightlife, boutique shopping, and various water excursions. This location provides the ideal balance of tranquil living and proximity to the very best attractions that Cabo has to offer.



Getting Around:

While ride services such as Uber and taxis are readily available in Cabo San Lucas, many guests choose to rent a car to explore the area more easily. The condo is just a short drive from local beaches, grocery stores, restaurants, golf courses, and downtown Cabo, making it a convenient base for exploring Los Cabos and the surrounding coastline. Dedicated parking is available within the community for guests who choose to bring or rent a vehicle during their stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that while our building is complete, the surrounding development is still under construction. You may experience construction noise between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays and from 8 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays. For your peace of mind, there is 24/7 security on site. Regarding entertainment, the TV in the main bedroom is currently unavailable, but the living room TV offers a full range of channels. Our pool service is scheduled for Fridays, and the maintenance team has authorization to access the rooftop patio; please contact us in advance if you would like to reschedule this service to ensure your privacy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Please be mindful that our property maintains a strict no-smoking and no-pet policy. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM.
