Everything about the entire property was amazing. The beach was never crowded. The water was swimmable, (although it does drop off quickly.). All the staff was amazing and we had a great time. The only thing I would say is that the restaurants, pool bar and store on site are very expensive. That didn’t bother us as there was plenty of nearby restaurants to go to.

Highly recommended. Great property and beach. Staff was incredible. We were there over spring break 2026 and finding pool chairs became a challenge unless you were an early riser. Also the only access you get to sister resorts are the restaurants. No pool access. Somewhere I had heard you got full access. I will definitely stay there again as the positives out weigh the negatives multiple times over.

We had a great stay. Property is so clean and well kept. Our villa had a couple issues that did not deter our enjoyment. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart and should be adjusted. Also the two main recessed lights in the master bedroom always had a faint glow even when turned off. That should be addressed. We really enjoy the amenities of the property. The pool was a bit too warm and didn’t cool you off from being in the heat but still enjoyable. The sea was a great spot to cool off.

Great stay with only minor issues. Unit was as pictured and was the perfect size for our family of 5. Amazing views from the porch and every other day housekeeping was perfect. Great location that was close to town, but far enough way not to feel super crowded.

Beautiful property. We’ve stayed at Villa la Estancia previously. It’s a great mix of resort with large independent living space. Well apportioned kitchens, baths and bedrooms. Quiet with easy transport into Los Cabos (1 mile) via taxi.

Nice place with plenty of room for two couples. Loved that both rooms had own bathrooms (basically two masters, but one with dual Queens). Loved the huge patio, well-equipped kitchen, pool and restaurants, and close enough to town to walk or take a cheap Uber. Biggest disappointment was the pickleball courts. They were under construction and the lighting was terrible. The neighboring resort had courts that we used a couple of times, but they wouldn’t let us play there after dark. Still, would recommend this place and stay there again.

This was a great unit to stay at in Cabo. We specifically picked this location because my kids (ages 5-12) are huge fans of the beach, and Medano beach is one of the only swimmable beaches in the area. I would say that the resort is geared more towards adults, which is fine, but expect to visit the neighbor building (Palmar) for any nightly entertainment. The food was great and James made sure that we were all set for the all-inclusive. If you plan on eating at the resort, it is very inflated pricing, so I highly recommend getting the all-inclusive bands. The pool was quiet, drinks were cold, and food was hot. We walked down to the marina twice during the day and felt very safe with our kids. The unit was very clean, kitchen was equipped, and plenty of beds for everyone. Maid service came every other day to clean and replenish towels, which was very nice. James had great communication before and during our vacation. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Experience

We enjoyed staying at Ocean View Villa at a 5 star Resort/Spa on Medano Beach. This was our first time to Cabo and it was wonderful. We were wowed with the condo amenities and space, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds/pool were gorgeous. I highly recommend booking this property!

Loved it

This was a perfect location and condo for our family of four. We had tons of space, loved the kitchen and balcony. The view is wonderful, the location is perfect, beach amazing and we loved the pool and having hotel amenities while the convenience and space of a condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The setup was perfect, making the space feel open and roomy. The view was incredible, and the beds and bedding were super comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The master bedroom and bathroom were especially spacious! We also appreciated only having to climb one flight of stairs to reach our room—no long waits for an elevator. The resort and beachfront were beautiful.The communication was excellent, and they even stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed, which was a wonderful touch.Keep in mind, this is a fairly quiet resort—there’s no music at the pool. We spent most of our time on the beach and loved being able to swim in the ocean. We brought a speaker and a cooler, which made for a great beach day. Plenty of beach chairs were available, which was a huge plus!We’d definitely stay here again!

Great property in perfect location. From the hotel staff and waiters to the sales guys on the beach, everyone is so friendly and lovely to talk to. Great beds/kitchen, restaurants on property were tasty and the market is such a nice amenity. Beach and pool were great. Definitely would return.

Great getaway.

Almost all positives for this Villa. Perfect location and view. Great resort. Grill did not have gas so after prompt response from owner we called the front desk. They never came to refill but there were enough dining choices on property that we didn’t push the issue further.

Family Vacation

The location of this condo is awesome, it was clean and the people working there were great! My complaint comes from reaching out to the host and never receiving a response, I had to reach out to VRBO customer service to get my questions answered. What was really was upsetting is arriving to the condo, being exhausted, and having to wait about 45 minutes because they could not verify our reservations, the booking confirmation number was not something they could verify. This is something that should not happen, it should have been a smooth transition and it was not. The host had to be called to verify. Good thing he was responsive then.

Fabulous stay and super clean accommodations. There was an issue with one of the comforters but it was resolved immediately. The hotel staff always greets you with sincerity whenever you encounter them on the property, and they go above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Villa is just like the pictures and absolutely beautiful! The property Mgr was very responsive from the beginning and provided great information for first time visitors! We would definitely return.

This is a fantastic rental! The residence is very spacious and clean, has all the furnishings you need, feels luxurious, and the view is wonderful. The resort is beautiful and well kept, a short ride to marina, and the staff is very friendly, available, and helpful. I highly recommend!

Nice property, poor communication

Overall the property was nice and had all of the amenities we needed. However, had I not emailed the property manager the day before we were scheduled to arrive I am not sure we would have had a place to stay. I emailed the property manager the day before our arrival asking if there was anything else he needed from us only to get a response saying that he had forgotten to get confirmation from the property. Ultimately we did receive confirmation as we landed in Cabo. With this confirmation was a document outlining everything provided at the villa we were staying in. That information would have been very useful prior to us departing and would have certainly modified our packing for the trip. Also, the room we were confirmed in was not the room we were given upon arrival at the property and we were never given an explanation as to why. Additionally, we were told that housekeeping would come every other day and they did not come once during our 6 day stay. In fact, I had to call and request that our garbage be collected, so I placed the trash outside of our room and called the front desk to have it removed. As I said, the property was nice, but the organization and communication leading up to our arrival left something to be desired.
