Both bedrooms feature king-sized beds dressed in quality linens, plus air conditioning, ceiling fans, and room-darkening curtains for sleeping in after late nights downtown. Each has its own ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and traditional Mexican tile work.

The open-concept living area is bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that blur the line between inside and out. The space has a soothing beach-themed décor and cozy furnishings throughout. Sink into the spacious sofa and stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, or gather around the dining table for meals — it also works great as a workspace if you need to catch up on emails. Playa Grande and the marina are both less than a 5-minute walk away, with Cabo's famous beach bars, downtown energy, and everything that makes this corner of Baja unforgettable just steps beyond.

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)
