• September is construction month at Villa La Estancia; please note this when booking dates in Sept.

• Spring Break and Christmas Break have 7 night minimums and need to be booked Saturday to Saturday. Please reach out if you are looking for flexibility with these dates!

- Blue skies, cool breeze, soft sand and your private villa on Medano Beach, Cabo's most coveted beach. 

 - For your outdoor enjoyment, a large terrace provides a fully furnished dine-in area including a gas grill and a wet bar!

 - Flat screen TV's in all rooms, cable, ceiling fans and individual thermostats in the main rooms. There is a pull-out sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two with a full bath off the living room.

The Master Suite has a king bed with pillow top mattress, his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi tub, and a sitting area with a balcony entrance. The Guest Suite provides two Queen beds, a small refrigerator, a complete entertainment center and a full bath. 

A personal concierge is available to guests prior to and during their stay. The concierge will arrange dinner reservations, excursions, shop for groceries (extra charge for shopping and groceries)
