The Space:

The three-bedroom house features a primary bedroom with a private ensuite and a walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are equally inviting, each just steps away from the pool. All three rooms are equipped with king-size beds.

The Neighborhood:

Choza Bella is located in the Mar Vista gated community of Playa Flamingo, close to 6 beautiful beaches, the new Flamingo Marina, high-end boutiques, and eateries. The ocean views are stunning and right within the community you’ll have access to the neighborhood restaurant, tennis and pickleball courts, hiking trails, a fitness center, and a clubhouse with an infinity pool. It should be noted that the tennis, pickleball and fitness center come with an additional cost.



Getting Around:

• 1 hour to Liberia International Airport (LIR)

• 30 minutes to Tamarindo Commuter Airport (TNO)



Other Things to Note:

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.



As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
