The main house features 4 bedrooms, four bathrooms, a huge great room, kitchen and entertaining area. The great room's with two walls of glass that showcase the outdoor entertainment /dining area and pool, completely open to provide the epitome of the indoor/outdoor Pura Vida lifestyle. Relax on the deck overlooking the pool and enjoy the outdoor seating area and custom dining, that features custom built furniture, a complete BBQ area, open air dining for 12, and access to the pool.
The two standalone separate casitas provide privacy for couples, smaller families and tweens/teenagers, and they both have a living area, full bath, each have two beds upstairs. They also have direct access to the spa.
The pool is a saline pool as is the spa so there are no chlorine issues for you or your little ones, and the pool is built for lap swimming and badminton/volleyball games. There are a number of pool toys available in the pool bin.
There is also an additional play area/skate ramp on the property, the only private ramp in Guanacaste!
If the Guanacaste/Tamarindo/Playa Grande area is the focal point for your Costa Rica vacation, this IS the best the area has to offer.
