“Ben was an amazing host. Playa Avellanas is very rural, and Ben guided us in right to his gate, no problem. Ben is super attentive, and was checking in with us frequently. He saved us a lot of money with his spot on recommendations regarding excursions and restaurants. The boardwalk to the beach, and the beach are amazing. Restaurants in the area - off the charts!”

“Beautiful, safe property perfectly located within walking distance to Playa Penca. All amenities were well kept and available to use. Our host was wonderful, and even informed us of howler monkeys across the street from the property for our son to see. Very clean and well kept. We took coffee on the screened in back porch daily and listened to the howler monkeys, ocean waves and bird songs. Would recommend to anyone we know traveling in the area. “Property manager was very helpful and responsive. Rooms and pool were clean and relaxing. Kitchen area didn't have any air conditioning, so was very hot while cooking and gathering there. Had a few issues with keys not working in locks. Overall nice place, and worked well for what we needed.”
