“Beautiful view and clean”

“The resort staff were lovely . We had a wonderful meal at the hotel restaurant. Fish and chips , mussels and a beautiful lobster dip. The resort itself is quite dated and could use a few upgrades .”

“Room was clean and worked for us. Staff seemed like customers were an interuption. While checking in and the next morning wanting breakfast, I needed to ring a bell. I saw the restaurant staff (2) outside when I came in yet I needed to ring a bell after a couple minutes for calling “Hello”. Breakfast was good but coffee was mediocre.”

“Booked and confirmed. Showed up and told no power , no water. I know it’s not the property owners fault , but absolutely no reason they couldn’t have contacted me before the 8 hour drive there , I arrived before check in and went to the office rang the doorbell and called serval times with no answer, then emailed them and a few minutes later someone came out and said my reservation was canceled. I asked why they didn’t call or email hours ago … he said everyone knew about it ? Apparently yes...

“Property location was perfect - beautiful beach and water view from room was lovely. Late check-in was problematic as instructions given were unclear. The door that was left open for us to access the room had a sign reading ‘please use other door’. The contact number to call was unresponsive. Had to try all doors on the property before returning to the initial door. Very confusing and frustrating.”
