“Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! ”

“Lovely apartment, good kitchen, comfy bed. As others have mentioned, the hot water unit makes annoying sounds but it certainly works fine. The steps up to the apartment were lengthy but not a big deal. Having free parking was wonderful! It was also lovely to stroll along the paths through the neighborhood south of the apartment. ”

My only problem was, being a person with mobility issues (I walk with a cane), I didn't realize that there were over 50 steps down to reach the property. “This was one of the best rentals I have ever stayed in in my life- and I have travelled a lot! Often when you rent a place, upon arrival you discover that the photos were taken at a misleading angle, or that something about the place is not really as nice as it was spelled out to be. “Lägenheten är i dåligt skick, fläckar på väggarna, hårda sängar och låg standard i badrum (tex mögel i duschen). Det luktar rök i lägenheten fast den ska vara rökfri. Men det som gjorde oss besvikna var att gardinstången hade gått sönder och hängde för hela fönstret och köksbordet hade lossnat när vi öppnade lägenheten, och det fanns även smutstvätt (lakan och handdukar) kvar i lägenheten, se bilder. Vi hörde genast av oss till det lokala Happy Rentals teamet och ville ha hjälp med att laga och...
