“We arrived at 12.00, and our check in was at 15.00. Our plan was to ask if we could leave our bags and check in earlier. Before we even asked about the check in, the receptionist already offered to check us in directly. It was amazing and this made our whole experience wonderful.
The room was very clean, bathroom was big, bed was so soft and fluffy. We could also easily cast from the phone to the TV.

“Fabulous stay, beautiful building, excellent location next to lovely pubs, restaurants and shops. Nice walk along the canal into the centre of Chester. Breakfast was beautiful with lots to choose from and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.”

“I have been to Liverpool before but none the likes of this one. The property provided my friend and I with ample room to circulate in addition to having our own private space. The amenities were excellent, as well.
It was near transportation hubs, and the a short distance away from the City Centre.

“The manor house is fantastic, really beautiful gardens and surroundings. It is basically in the middle of nowhere, but very close to Chester and to UK's largest outlet. It is a perfect retreat in the English countryside! The hotel restaurant is very priceworthy, good value and nice service. Breakfast was also really good!”

"Stayed here for 2 nights. Beautiful hotel with a great staff. The room was kinda big. There is no cleaning in the room if you stay there for 2 nights. The room was very dusty and the sheets on the bed was dirty.
The bathroom was good and the shower was okey.

"Sadly they didn't inform us there was a renovation going on on our floor in several rooms, included the adjacent one. Not that nice to be woken by work sound and music from the adjacent room in the early morning. No compensation was offered either for the inconvenience it caused. "
"The photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online."
