During your stay, you can contact us through Airbnb messaging if you need assistance. We are available to help you between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Guests are expected to be independent during their stay, but we will be happy to help if any need arises within the indicated hours.



The property is private, but it is located in a quiet and family-friendly neighborhood. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. and keep noise low during the day (maximum 60dB, in accordance with local laws).



Parties and events are strictly prohibited.

All additional services must be requested and paid in advance to be confirmed.



Smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can smoke in outdoor areas, as long as you respect basic coexistence and safety rules.



Pets are accepted only after confirming with the host, and may have an additional cost, maximum one medium-sized pet or two small pets per reservation. We appreciate your understanding to keep the house in optimal conditions for all our guests.



We recommend moving around by vehicle or bicycle, as the area is very quiet and public services are limited.



Due to tax regulations from the Government of Costa Rica, we request your identification number (ID card, driver's license, or passport) to issue the corresponding electronic invoice. This has no tax implications for you as a guest. Thank you for your understanding!
