“I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean.

“What a great resort!!!! Super great staff and beautiful property! Concierge super helpful planning dinner reservations etc. Breakfast included was a wonderful perk too! Love that it’s walking distance from so much- restaurants, shops, coffee, ice cream! Most beautiful beach- literally steps away! Will be back!”

“We are a family of 4, we stayed for 12 nights the staff was great always available to assist, room was comfortable, the beach is literally a 2 min walk distance (i timed it) and it's an incredible beach (grace bay) we would come back for sure.”

“The room, the view, the pool, the outdoor seating and beach were exceptional!…I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only downfall for us was the food at the restaurants. There’s not a big selection unless you want to pay $200 for a steak.”

“We had such a wonderful stay at Ellipse Resort! Being a newer resort was definitely a plus—the property felt fresh, modern, and beautifully maintained. I’ve stayed at several different properties on the island, and Ellipse was a great experience from beginning to end.
The staff was always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Deeka was so welcoming and helpful from the very beginning, and Rahul truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Their hospitality definitely stood...
