âI wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean.

âYou NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

âEverything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Canât wait to return!â

âThe entire staff was so friendly. The grounds were kept beautifully. The bikes were a useful way to go downtown. Loved having a washer/dryer in the unit. The beach and water were incredible!â

âWe stayed for 5 days. Here are the positives:
1. Staff are great, especially Julia, Michael, Tito, and Monesha. They are very helpful and kind;
2. The pizzas were really good!!!
3. One of the highlights is that they have daily happy hours in the bar;
4. They have water refill stations, coffee and tea in the room are nice;
5. They have sunscreen by the pool;
6. Plenty of parking and the location is good.
