“Wonderful and relaxed hotel. Large rooms/apartments. Serviceminded and friendly staff. Good location and service. The only hotel with direct beach access in Palm Cove. The Wi-FI could have been better. We would love to return.”

“The property is not a guest resort, its more like a block of units with a few guest rooms, we were kept up by a resident for 2 nights with them screaming & swearing until 12.30pm for 2 nights. It was almost a police matter. The manager made out he was unaware of the problem but it is very hard to believe. I spoke to other residents & they told me it is common for this to occur. Will never stay there again”

“everything about this property was lovely. only thing, kids could find the gaming console (not that i minded lol) and the ad made it sound like the pool was just outside but infact its a small stroll down the road. still enjoyed our swim etc but was one of the deciding factors to stay here when we thought the pool was right there. But that's nothing major, everything else was as described and beds were comfy. would recommend :) ”
