Litet och trevligt lägenhetshotell
Vi valde att sluta vår resa med att bo på ett lägenhetshotell i området kring Cairns för att vila upp oss inför resan hem. Och det fungerade alldeles utmärkt!

Overall good hotel
Overall good accommodation with beautiful seaview from the balcony except for the room cleaning. Our room was booked for 10 days and we didnt recived any cleaning of the room for this days, no changing of the towles or linens, we run out of toiletpaper, dish liquid ect. So everything became very dirty. We asked the manager several times about the cleaning of the room but nothing happend. And we think that's sad because this hotel is good compare to other, but the room service needs an improvement immediately. /T o E

Stayed for nine nights they only clean the room once think it should be every 3 days. The pool needs a good cleaning We loved this place however if you cant do stairs or a steep driveway not the place for you. 100 steps to the beach.

Thank you for your feedback however we do advise via email prior to arrival that our Units are self-contained and not serviced daily. You do get a complimentary service halfway through for stays over 7 nights. Our pool is cleaned almost everyday so we are unsure what you mean by 'it needs a good cleaning'. My wife and I had the tremendous pleasure of spending 10 days at Amaroo at Trinity Beach as we explored the area around Cairns and the Great Barrier Reef. Right from our moment of arrival, Kym was warm and welcoming and provided us with a wealth of local information and escorted us to a beautiful deluxe balcony room. The room was very clean and incredibly comfortable, recently renovated, with a large balcony and great view of the coral sea. It was very well appointed and the resorts amenities were all in top shape, with a beautiful pool area, sparkling clean BBQs, a great tennis court, and plenty of safe covered parking. Trinity beach is a very beautiful small townsite with excellent walk to restaurants, coffee shops and a tavern and the beach is a slice of paradise. We felt our ten days went by far too quickly and we already miss this great resort and the friendly team that takes such good care of it and its guests. Thanks for such an amazing stay, we will be back!

I enjoyed the generous space in my room, which had an ocean view. There are several excellent restaurants and a bus stop within walking distance. The beach is not really swimable.

Everything was fabulous - no complaints at all. The only hiccup was that we had no water on the morning that we left (5am) so we couldn’t shower but I feel this was a Cairns issue not an Amaroo one.

My partner and I loved this accomodation! The receptionist let us check in 3 hours early because our room was ready which was amazing. The staff were lovely and always smiling. The location was beautiful with a beach view and a 2minute walk down to the trinity beach with great cafes/restaurants. They had a convenient store as well which was handy. The room we had was a bit outdated but it was clean which is all we want and a great aircon. Would come back, thank you Amaroo!

Hi Nicka,We did everything we could to advise you prior to arrival to advise our business hours, emails, texts and you never responded. But like everyone that arrives after hours, we make it seamless and easy, with messaging of the Safe Code, an Outside Phone to contact us and Clear Instructions. You booked the corner room and it is described as that when you booked - yes, the cheaper option you chose.A great reminder to always book direct, so you can speak to the property to get what you want and know how it all works so you do not feel the need to leave such a horrible score.We wish you safe travels

I found the staff very helpful. I had to upgrade our room and they were able to accommodate my request with no stress. The complex is clean and has awesome views of the ocean. My only feedback would be that there was not enough tea and coffee provided. Thank you.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay Amaroo. The property is very conveniently located close to everything on beautiful Trinity Beach; and close to Cairns, Port Douglas, and other tourist destinations which made it very convenient for us. Our unit was very clean and well maintained (as advertised), and the property manager was super responsive and friendly. We really recommend

This was our first visit to Cairns, and we were so lucky that we picked up to start at Amaroo at Trinity. The property is fantastic, and it offers all what you can request for a holiday. But, the the most amazing thing is view from balcony. It is just breathtaking, and we enjoyed every morning watching the sun rise. This place will be our first choice for our next visit to Cairns.

ビーチフロントで私が泊まったお部屋のバルコニーからは海が見え、毎朝コーヒーを飲みながら朝日を見ました。サンセットは反対側でしたが、日が沈むと月が見えとても最高のロケーションでした。部屋もとても清潔感があり広々しています。キッチンも付いているのでスーパーで買い物をしてバルコニーで食事もしました！一番近いスーパーだと徒歩10分ほどでnight owlという小さなスーパーがあります。車があるならsumithfieldまで行くとcolesやwoolworthsがあります。trinity beach付近は、食事するところも充実していますが、そんなガヤガヤしておらずケアンズ市内に比べて落ち着いていてとても過ごしやすかったです。palm coveにもアクセスしやすく、私はtrinity beachやpalm coveのビーチで日中は本を読んだりのんびりと過ごしました。是非palm coveには行ってほしいです！ ホテルのスタッフも皆んな親切でとても素敵な宿でした！是非またここに泊まりたいです！

Very good value for money, and very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Hosts. Coins readily exchanged and soap available for the clean and neat laundry/dryers. Thought l would have liked extractor fan for bathroom and cooktop, but in the end it was fine with no probs. Guests need to wash up/dry provided dishes at end of stay, and take rubbish bag(s) down the driveway to the bin area. Undercover parking is available. We were happy with our stay and will return!

Amazing views over the Coral Sea with some lovely trees to shield from the sun. Things that could be improved are - better drinking glasses, a broom to sweep the floor, internet (it was almost non-existent and kept failing), no cooking tongs, not enough toilet paper and soap provided.

Perfect place for a quiet getaway
This was a wonderful place to stay for a quiet getaway at Trinity Beach! It is truly right off of the beach, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. When I had an issue with my room and notified Kym and Jason, they took care of it right away. I would definitely recommend a stay here, and wouldn't even look at any other properties if I plan another trip to Trinity Beach!

スタッフがとてもフレンドリーで素敵なご夫婦でした。周辺の情報やツアーなどの情報を教えてくれました。 アーリーチェックインをリクエストしたら対応してくれて、子連れなこともあり大変助かりました。 室内はとても清潔で、食器等も綺麗なものが揃っていました。タオルやアメニティは1泊分のみなので、連泊の場合は余裕があれば持参するといいと思います。 夜バルコニーから外を見ると野生のカンガルーかワラビーが現れて感動しました！ レンタカーをしていたので、ケアンズ市内やポートダグラス、キュランダなどへのアクセスが便利でした。買い物も車で10分のスミスフィールドで全て揃います。

Very quiet property if you’re looking for peaceful nights in cairns away from the bustling city. The property is right on the water so it’s great if you want to swim away from the crowd as if it’s own private beach. The property is very nice and clean. The owners are friendly and engaging. I would definitely book this place again the next time I’m in cairns
