🏠 House Rules & Additional Information

* 🚭 This is a strictly non-smoking property, including the apartment, balcony and all outdoor areas.
* 🔇 Please be considerate of our neighbours by observing quiet hours between 9:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.
* 👶 A travel cot is available for $25 per stay. A complimentary highchair can be provided upon request. Please let us know before your arrival if required.
* 🧳 Luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out. We recommend planning accordingly or using local luggage storage services if needed.
* 🧴 A starter pack of essentials is provided, including tea, coffee, toiletries and basic supplies. For longer stays, guests may wish to top up these items as needed.

🧺 Housekeeping & Mid-Stay Cleans

Daily cleaning is not included, allowing you to enjoy full privacy during your stay.

Mid-stay cleans are available on request for an additional fee and are ideal for longer stays.

For stays of more than 14 nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean and linen change are required to help maintain the property. This service is charged at $189 per clean.

Additional towels can be provided upon request for an extra fee.
