Split-system cooling keeps things comfortable, while secure parking is provided under the carport.



The Space:

The front door can be accessed via a set of stairs and as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that boasts all the comforts of home. A spacious leather lounge fronts a central TV, while a dedicated study nook caters to those working remotely. Whip up a home-cooked meal in the full kitchen, offering premium appliances and all the essentials. Dine inside or opt for a glass of wine and cheese on the balcony, complete with a BBQ and lounge suite.



Three beautifully appointed bedrooms are air-conditioned for your comfort, including two queen bedrooms and a third set with two single beds. Two sparkling bathrooms on this level mean you’ll never have to wait in line to freshen up. Downstairs, you'll find a self-contained studio complete with a kitchenette, dedicated workspace, queen bed, and a bathroom—perfect for those who crave a little extra privacy throughout their stay.



In-unit laundry and secure, gated parking add to your convenience.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Situated a 10-minute drive from Cairns City and opposite the airport, this home offers a convenient escape to Cairns for families and groups. Visit the numerous lookouts, walks and conservation areas nearby, drive up along the coast to explore the many beaches or spend the day sampling Cairns’ famed eateries. Edge Hill’s strip of restaurants and cafes are within a five-minute drive, along with the Botanic Gardens.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are three free parking spots available in the garage. There is also free street parking.



Airport: 7 minutes by car.
