The master suite boasts a luxurious king bed, walk-in wardrobe, and a stunning ensuite with freestanding tub and double vanity. Two additional queen bedrooms share a stylish bathroom, with all rooms featuring their own TV and modern split-system air conditioning.

A large, secure undercover parking area provides ample space for cars, trailers, or boats, ensuring both comfort and practicality for every guest.

Nestled in the serene Redlynch Valley, this home is surrounded by lush rainforest and natural swimming holes. The famous Crystal Cascades and the secluded Fairy Falls are just minutes away, offering breath taking scenery and refreshing waters. The area also features scenic walking trails, including one that connects to Goomboora Park. Cascades Restaurant, a local dining gem, is within walking distance, serving a fusion of Indian, Portuguese, and Australian cuisine. Despite its tranquil setting, Redlynch Valley is conveniently close to shops, cafes, and essential amenities.

A rental car is recommended for exploring Redlynch Valley and the surrounding attractions with ease. The property is just a 5-minute drive from Crystal Cascades and other local swimming spots. Cairns city center and the airport are approximately 20 minutes away by car. Rideshare services like Uber and taxis are available, and public buses operate within the area, though schedules may be limited.

We can assist you with Airport transfer, private chef service and tour bookings.
Additionally, we cater to families with items available on request ensuring a hassle-free trip with little ones.

Depending availability we can organize early check-in and/or late check-out at a surcharge of 50% of the applicable daily price.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

Please remember that you are in a residential setting. We remind you to respect the neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.


Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys as well as a call-out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
