Traveling with little ones? Kids under 15 can join the fun at the gym for an additional fee of just 250 EGP. Alternatively, they can make new friends in the playroom for only 30 EGP!

Welcome to your private apartment for an amazing vacation in Egypt. We’ve made great efforts to create a comfortable atmosphere and hope you enjoy a wonderful and relaxing stay.

To ensure a harmonious experience, please take a moment to review and accept our house rules. Your cooperation helps us provide you with a beautiful home for future vacations.

----Smoking: No smoking or shisha inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the two balconies.
----Maintenance: Please report any malfunctions or issues promptly so we can address them with minimal inconvenience to you.
----Decorations: Please do not attach anything to the walls or woodwork.
----Cleanliness: Kindly leave the apartment as clean as you found it.

⚡Electricity: we charge electricity for days per person if you used allot of electricity you must charge electricity by card

Gym, Sauna, Spa, and Hot Tub: These amenities are complimentary gifts and not included in the booking price. They are available for men every day and women with four invitations per person. Extra access can be purchased. The gym is a 4-minute walk (400 meters) from the apartment.

💟Family and Gender-specific Stays: The apartment is suitable for families, men-only groups, women-only groups, or siblings.

IMPORTANT: You must send a copy of your passport and marriage certificate.
If you do not provide the required copies or certificates before your arrival, unfortunately, you will not be able to proceed with your stay. 🥹🚫

✅Foreign married couples can stay without a marriage certificate if they have children. If there are no children, the wife must share the husband’s last name.

Rules:

🚭 No smoking cigarettes inside the apartment. Smoking and vaping are allowed on the balconies.
🚫 No visitors are allowed. The apartment is for family or same-gender groups only (men-only or women-only, no mixed groups).
