Our experience started even before our flight to Cairo—this was our very first trip to Egypt, and naturally, we had a lot of questions. We reached out to Holy Sheet Plus Hotel regarding airport pickup and drop-off, arranging a private guide with a car and driver for a full-day tour to the Saqqara Pyramids, the Pyramids of Giza, and Khan el-Khalili Market. We also needed guidance on travel options between Cairo and Luxor (bus, train, or flight), as well as a private guide and driver for a full-day tour in Luxor covering the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Luxor Temple, and Karnak Temple.
Alex patiently answered every single question we had—no matter the time—both before and during our trip. His responsiveness and professionalism immediately put us at ease.
The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, making it very convenient to explore the city. We arrived at the hotel without very high expectations, but Alex and his team truly exceeded them in every way. The service was exceptional—warm, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The rooms were newly renovated, modern, and spotless. The dining area was beautiful, especially the open balcony seating which added a special charm to our mornings and evenings. We had breakfast included—there were many options to choose from, everything was delicious, and the portions were generous. At the reception, Ahmed, Saeef, Francis and others were all courteous, friendly, and always ready to help.
