We had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was very clean and the views are incredible—you can see the new museum and even the pyramids. The staff truly made the experience special. Our flight was delayed and we arrived at 1 AM, and they still helped us get food and served us at the hotel. That level of care made us feel at home right away. The room was very comfortable for our family of four, with two king-size beds, and the rooftop breakfast was delicious with a beautiful view. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Stay with Amazing Pyramid & GEM View We had a wonderful stay at New Museum Guest House (Pyramids View) in Giza. The hotel is nice, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Special thanks to Ali and the team, who were very kind and helpful. We arrived early in the morning (free airport pick-up) and had a late departure, and the staff graciously accommodated us by safely storing our luggage, which made our travel day much easier. The free breakfast was also very nice, a great way to start the day before sightseeing. Yes, the hotel is located at the end of a small alley, but don’t let that discourage you. The view from our room (502) was fantastic—we could clearly see both the Grand Egyptian Museum and the Giza Pyramids, which made the stay extra special. Overall, this place is excellent value for the money. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, and an incredible view. We would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Giza!

Great communication from the team at the property from start to finish - we booked the transit from the airport which was stress-free. The hotel is opposite the GEM (a short Uber ride, not really practical to walk across the busy roads) and the view of the pyramids is perfect (again these are a quick Uber ride away). Our room was one of the older rooms with slightly dated amenities but we had no issues with it. Breakfast was plentiful, probably too much (though not much variety if you’re staying multiple days). Eating breakfast on the terrace looking at the pyramids is a holiday highlight. Other than the view the other main highlight of the property is the friendliness and welcoming staff - a great team who are an asset to Egyptian hospitality.

The customer service was great, the room did have a few issues but they were always happy to help. Proximity to New Egyptian museum and Pirámides is superb, just the road on which sits seems to be under construction.

The staff were very welcoming and gave clear and helpful answers to our questions. The room was spotless and well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the shower had a variety of settings which was lovely. A plentiful and varied breakfast was served at the upper floor which has a terrace with a magnificent view overlooking the Great Egyptian Museum. It was possible to order dinner in the hotel and this proved to be a delicious meal. There was also the possibility of booking a taxi for our early start to the airport and we were given breakfast boxes to eat at the airport. A very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

The staff was fantastic, and the views were spectacular. The breakfast was tasty and more than you would ever need to eat. The rooms were spacious, especially the deluxe ones with balconies that overlook the GEM and you can see the pyramids in the distance. However, it is not in an area that is good to walk around, so you need to get Ubers to go anywhere. Even to go to the GEM nearby, it is like taking your life in your hands to cross the street. Also, they only make up your room if you ask them to and you have to leave your key.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However there were a few surprises. Firstly, we had arranged a free pickup at the airport. Our flight was late arriving in Cairo. I had informed the hotel but there was a miscommunication and a driver was sent very early. They were good to send another car to get us, but we did pay for the second car when it wasn't our fault. Also the neighborhood is not safe to walk to anything. We had arranged a car and guide so we were fine. We hope this neighborhood will improve with time. That said this is not a bad place to stay and is close to the New Museum and the Giza Pyramids.

Clean room with a spectacular view. If you can get one of the room with a terrace, I highly recommend. We felt well taken care of by the staff who were super accommodating. The area around is a bit run down like much of Giza, but with a quick Uber ride, which is easy to get, you can be in either West Cairo or downtown Cairo.

This is near the Grand Pyramid Museum, the view from my balcony was breathtaking. The view of the Pyramids on a clear morning was to die for. The room was spacious and nice, very happy with the bed, it was very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to get us what we wanted. Loved it. Would definitely return, ohh and food was excellent, fresh off the grill, breakfast was so plentiful and delicious. Very good place to stay.

Great experience staying in this guest house. Excellent location, very near for pyramids and across the street of the new grand Museum. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast was also very good.the communication on the airport pick up was on point. The staffs services are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back.

The rooms are very clean and have all the amenities you need. The staff is exceptionally helpful and considerate. They are willing to go above and beyond. They helped us manage our airline ticket which was delayed by staying on the phone with the airlines. They knew our names and were welcoming to children.
