“Schöne Lage, wenn auch unter einer Autobahnbrücke die uns aber nicht gestört hat. Für uns Familie mit 4 Kindern (erwachsen) war es ideal und dass man die Wohnung nicht mit dem Auto erreichen kann von Vorteil. Unschlagbar ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof (von dem wir nichts gehört haben) von dem man alle interessanten Lokations erreichen kann Gerne wieder”

“Das Haus liegt wunderschön in den Bergen Pontinvreas im Naturschutzgebiet. Wenn man zum Wandern oder Mountainbiken hier Urlaub machen möchte, liegt es wirklich toll. Allerdings sind es deutlich mehr als 15 Minuten bis zum Strand und dann auch nur zum touristischen Teil. Wenn man einen ruhigen Badeurlaub mit Kindern verbringen möchte, sollte man in einer anderen Ecke der Region eine Unterkunft suchen oder muss eben einen längeren Weg(mindestens 30 Minuten, eher länger) in Anspruch nehmen. “Die Aussicht ist super! Leider gibt es dort nicht so viel für die Kinder. Es gibt da leider auch keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren. Dafür aber sehr viele Moskitos. Die Gastgeberin Ist super nett und hilfsbereit.”

“We have enjoyed our stay very much. The villa is located wonderful in the mountains above Spotorno and Finale Ligure. The villa is well equipped, but everything is there for (just) 10 persons once. A small draw back is that you do not have good protection against moscitos at the windows, that’s why you need to keep the windows closed in the late afternoon and evening, making some of the bedrooms quite warm/ hot. Two rooms ( master bedroom and a children’s room with two separate beds).”

“Underbart hus för avkopplande semester. Många trevliga besöksmål i närheten och väl ekiperat hus för fritidsaktiviteter. Vi tog tillfället i akt att ha en middag i huset, tillagat av Cinzia Taccone, kock, som gjorde en utsökt middag med råvaror från morföräldrarnas gård. Kunde inte bli en bättre avslutning på vår vecka!! Ett härligt möte med Italien utanför de vanliga turistorterna!!”

“Absolut zu empfehlen. Der Gastgeber Adriano hat sich um jeden Wunsch gekümmert und uns wirklich gut umsorgt. Sauberes und gut Ausgestattetes Apartment mit tollem Ausblick. Perfekte Lage für MTB Touren an die Nato-Base. Außerdem gibt es einen ganz lieben Hund für die ein oder anderen Streicheleinheiten, welcher nichtmal über Silvester zu hören war. “Perfektes Hotel für Familien. Supermarkt, Restaurants und Strand in nächster Nähe. Personal war immer sehr Hilfsbereit. Hotelparkplatz war leider etwas weiter weg. Mit unserem kleinen Tretroller habe ich jedoch nur 6 Minuten gebraucht.”
