âVery friendly owners and staff, the breakfast is really good by Italian standards. There are even four kinds of cakes, all baked by the owner herself. It was a pleasure.â

âAntonio was an excellent host. His communication regarding check in, parking, dining & discounts for sunbeds was superb. The accommodation has been renovated so tastefully. Car distance to most activities - we went mostly to the very nice nature reserve with great trekking and amazing stony beaches 5 min away by car - and to San Vito lo capo that has a very nice beach and excellent gelato. We had hoped there would be a trail down to ocean from hotel but there wasn't.

âThis is a lovely clean and friendly hotel the staff are brilliant we had a lovely week here the breakfasts are very nice we only had one evening meal which was very nice but there are lots of lovely restaurants close by you also can use the hotels beach beds and they give you towels too at a cost would definitely return and would also recommend this hotel â

"When we arrived at the hotel to check in, I spoke to them in English even though I speak Italian. I overheard them speaking in Italian, saying that the air conditioner wasnât working. We took the keys to our family suite and entered, only to find that the air conditioner was indeed not working and was making a very loud noise, like a tractor.
After several attempts to contact the reception, I was told the first time that a technician had checked it and found no issue. An hour later, I felt like my head was going to explode â we couldnât sleep. After multiple calls to reception, and after contacting the Hotel.com website they informed the hotel, they finally decided to change our suite.
The receptionist put the beach towels in a bag for other guests and told them it was a gift, while she handed the towels to us without a bag.
It was a very bad experience and the service was not pleasant. Everything had an extra charge â parking was âŹ15 per night. They gave us beach towels for free, but if they got dirty, we had to pay extra to replace them.
Although I had already paid the tourist tax during the booking, I was asked to pay an additional âŹ3 per person per night for myself and my family.
After four nights and with four people, we ended up paying âŹ48 in tourist taxes.
