“Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen und haben das Haus in vollsten Zügen genossen. Das Haus hat viel Platz, ist top ausgestattet und hat ein tollen großen Garten und Pool, den die Kinder kaum verlassen wollten. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, aber im nächsten Ort Bon-Aire ist man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten und in weniger als 10 Minuten Autofahrt in Alcudia. Die persönliche vor Ort Betreuung durch Frau Dahl war sensationell, nichts war zu viel, sie war stets erreichbar und hat uns immer gerne und sehr schnell...

“Great location, less than 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to restaurants and small supermarket, 10 min walk to a large supermarket. Awesome pool and pool area. Super nice balcony for eating and socializing. Air condition in all three bedrooms. Room for 3 cars on driveway. Not the newest standard but clean and nice. Kitchen kind of small but there’s room for two people cooking at the same time.”

“Das Haus war ein absoluter Wohlfühlfaktor!! Hier hat es an rein gar nichts gefehlt ... im Gegenteil, ich hatte noch nie so eine Ausstattung. Grill und Kohle dazu, Haushaltsgeräte, Decken wenn es abends in der Lounge kühl wurde. Eine Terrasse zum Essen, eine Terrasse zum chillen... Perfekt! Der Pool ist klasse, es hat lediglich ein Sonnenschirm am Pool gefehlt aber da haben wir uns unter die Terrasse verzogen. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall wieder kommen, wenn wir dürfen ;-)”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house, a few minutes walk to the Font de Sa Cala. Sylvia was a responsive, friendly host, brimming with trustworthy suggestions for restaurants and excursions. The house is very modern, tastefully designed, with views of the sea; it sits on a quiet street, close to lovely beach and market, and only a short drive or bike ride to Cala Ratjada. I only wish we had stayed a full week!”

The house have everything you need. The poolarea and garden is very taken care of and clean. The location with only 5 minutes from Can Picafort, where you can go to the supermarket Eroski, is also perfect. We went every morning to buy fresh baked bread and paisteries.
