“Gym was small and not the cleanest. The restaurant was very limited. They would not let us order in a pizza and eat there even though the kitchen was pretty empty.”

“I booked this facility thinking that the price was 234 Canadian dollars. After being charged 333 Canadian dollars I realized the price shown was in US dollars. I immediately reached out to Expedia asking to cancel my reservation as I haven’t realize it’s 100$ more (also we live 1 hour drive away, so it does matter). Expedia reached out to the facility who declined to cancel even if it was booked by mistake. I tried to reach out to them directly but no one answered my message on Expedia...

“The property is terribly lit. There was no light outside of our little complex and no light in the stairwells. There was no place to hang your clothes and no bedside tables to lay your things on. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea, but no mugs, cups or glasses to drink from. Lots of dust under the bed”

“Booked my room through Expedia so I could quickly check in and go to sleep. Was asked to fill out paperwork by hand despite having done so already on Expedia, just told I “had to.” My bed sheets had some very questionable stains on them, couldn’t possibly been missed by whomever made the bed. If a linen isn’t white/stained, you don’t use it. Found my room to find some creepy guy sitting in his car clearly waiting for someone.
