“Check in process was easy. Host is very helpful. The view from the rooftop is nice. Good location. This place was stocked with everything you would need. I had a really great stay. Also the bed is massive and so is the tub! Would definitely stay again.”

“The host did a wonderful job on preparing the room. It is very inviting and comfortable upon arrival. There were little extras provided in case you forgot to pack something. The home was very cozy, she left little snacks and plenty of coffee and even waters in the refrigerator. The only drawback we did find is the bed is not as comfortable as we would’ve liked. I believe it needs a boxspring and a little thicker foam topper, and it would’ve been marvelous. Overall I would absolutely recommend...

“Such a great little spot! The studio feels cozy, super comfy bed and heated bathroom floor. Loved having Netflix and Disney for downtime, and the backyard was perfect to relax. Easy walk to downtown, and even though it’s a basement you only hear the occasional footsteps upstairs. Overall, a charming, well‑done space that made our trip easy and enjoyable.”

“Great location, quiet, with easy, close parking. The place itself is cute and clean. There was hiccup with the battery for the automatic doorlock one day, but they quickly fixed it. Wiffi speed was good. Oven/microwave, and dishes all were fine. Shower was hot and good.”

“The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Even though it is an upstairs apartment, it is very private. The lower level is a work space and not a residence. Will definitely stay there again next time I come to Emmett.”

“Our stay at the cozy studio the first part of May was very, very nice. We have a wheelchair in the family and to be able to roll right up and through the front door was wonderful. It was exactly as advertised, and though we did not meet the owner, she was very responsive to our questions. Will likely make reservations there again.”

“This is our second stay at Red Ivy 5, we like the apt.We have huge issues with the area this time. The streets were completely torn up on Ressegui and 15th so there was no parking by the building. we had to park down the street. The water was turned off from 9A to 12 P one morning and was scheduled to be off again.Some remuneration for such inconvenience would not be unreasonable”
