Outside there is a room with couch and tv for extra people, but no bathroom. Kitchen was very well appointed. Kayaks and canoes were available to use as well! At check-in, the building was open and unattended, with visible damage to the screen door, unsafe low railings, and structural concerns-the front of the structure is supported by stacked tires rather than a permanent foundation.
