“We loved everything about our stay at Kingfisher Cottage. Dayna and Joe have thought of and anticipated every possible need a guest might have while staying in this space. My only regret is that we did not have as much time to spend at the cottage as I would have liked. I hope I have reason to return to Sylacauga in the future so that we can stay here again!”

“This property could use some TLC.One of the sinks in the master bath didn’t work. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t work and there were several light bulbs out.The mattresses on the beds could stand to be replaced. Most of the doors were hard to open and close.As far as cleanliness, most of that was good but the floors left our feet almost black after walking around barefoot.”

“The property was reasonably priced and the Manager was excellent. unfortunately the listing does not clearly state that all main bathrooms ( showers) and full beds are upstairs. Do Not reccomended for anyone who cannot tolerate stairs well. we had to find a different place for my parents to stay due to this. Back yard area is very small ( just enough space for pets i suppose tho.”

“The hostess was very easy to work with and the property was lovely. You can tell that they put a lot of work into remodeling it. It would be a great place to rent for a family or two that wants to enjoy the lake. There are three lovely bedrooms and then a bunk room for 4 kids or possibly more. Big island in the kitchen was awesome!”

“My family stayed here for the wrrk of the SEC baseball tournament and it was perfect with a 5 and 2 year old. Enough space for us and my FIL. Everything was clean, comfortable and all the basics of a home were provided. Would stay here again if we are ever in the area again.”

The location was convenient and made it easy to get back and forth to the fields, restaurants, and anything else we needed. It was the perfect place for our family to rest after long days at the ballpark. The host was helpful and made the whole process smooth. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This placed worked really well for our golf outing. Centrally located near four Robert Trent Jones golf complexes made traveling to/fro the courses easy. Kitchen was well stocked and maintained. This placed is as advertised and the price was very reasonable. ”
