You will be the sole guests in our house with access to the main and second floors.

The main floor has an open concept kitchen, dining and living room with gas fireplace. Plenty of natural light. The main floor also has a half bath and a pretty laundry room.

On the second floor you will find 1 master bedroom, comfy queen size bed and master bath with large tub and separate shower, plus 2 guest bedrooms with comfy queen size beds and a full bathroom to share, plenty of fresh towels and quality bedding. There is also a bonus area with a desk and plenty of books to read.

The kitchen is fully equipped, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and more.

There is space for 2 cars in the driveway and street parking is available as well.

Our place is located in Calgary's deep south east so drive only 5 minutes west and you are out of the city and headed to the mountains.

Stay here and be a close drive to many shops, grocery stores, restaurants and parks.

Banff National Park is about a 1.5 hour drive,

Kananaskis's National Park is about a 40 minute drive,

Scotiabank Saddledome is about a 20 min drive, or take the
C-Train ( which is a 5 minute drive) to downtown

Only a 10 minute drive to Spruce Meadows - world renowned, equestrian show jumping facility.

You will be within walking distance (5 min walk) to our community lake. In winter you can skate, toboggan, play hockey and ice fish. In summer, swim, picnic, kayak, paddle board, paddle boat, playground, water falls, tennis, pickle ball, beach volley ball court and more.

The property backs onto a large green space, so if you like snow shoeing or cross country skiing - you can pop out back for a little spin. There is a great playground for kids as well.
